Join the IOA in Thailand for the 33rd biennial summit
The next IOA summit will take place in Bangkok and runs from 7-13 June 2020, and everyone involved in the world of optics is invited to take part. Combine visits to key optical facilities in Thailand with great days out, fantastic meals in the company of optical colleagues, and debate and education on current issues in optics.
Fiona Anderson, IOA President says: “Our time together will be filled with fun, education, engagement, learning and some exciting visits and, of course, a renewed vigour for the fulfilling life in optics that we all share.” There is an active social and activity programme planned for the IOA 2020 Summit as well as a full educational programme. Robert Dalton of the OAC will be speaking on Standing Proud in the Delivery of Quality Vision. The IOA has announced two speakers, Stephen Caunter who will be the MC for the IOA summit and Frederic Lefranc, and more exciting content is in the pipeline.
